International training experiential learning

Big news! In august 2025, we plan on organising an international training course for European youth workers, immersing participants in different methods of experiential learning.
The perfect training opportunity to improve your understanding and practices in experiential learning. Discovering different methodologies and techniques around the theme of experiential learning. Learning by experiencing and reflecting.
We are looking for partners that are interested in sending 3 to 5 (approx.) participants to this training course.
As an independent youth organization, LEJO has a long tradition of empowering youngsters through methods of experiential learning. Specializing in youngsters in vulnerable situations, we believe that the ‘grass does not grow any faster by pulling it’.
In august 2025, we plan on organising an international training course for European youth workers, immersing participants in different methods of experiential learning.
We are looking for partners that are interested in sending 3 to 5 (approx.) participants tot his training course.
Are you the partner we’re looking for?
- Formal of informal organization in Europe or neighbouring country, working with youngsters
- You have an Erasmus+ organization ID
- Your organization can commit to sending 3 to 5 participants to the training course. Participants can be professional youth workers or volunteers.
- Interested in Experiential learning
Training details
- Training -August 24 to 27, 2025
- Arrival 23 August, Departure 28 August
- Training location: Ghent, Belgium
- Expenses are covered by Erasmus+ Mobility for youth workers project funding. Accomodation, travel, food and all activities are included.
